Dr. Kathleen Madsen is so gentle with my nervous, now senior dog. I remember from when I first met her like 10 years ago now (wow!) that she was going to be a great fit for my dog. She gets down on her level, speaks calmly and ensures that my dog has as pleasant of an experience as possible (with lots of pets and treats!). You can really feel her care going into her work. Very professional and it is kept very clean. The doctor is a lovely man and it shows how much he loves animals when he seeing our dog. It is expensive but I am guessing that is the same across the city.
Would highly recommend Dr. Madsen as a veterinarian for your family pet. Our Whoodle is a very excitable dog and Dr. Madsen is very calm, kind and gentle with him.
