Stayed at the only oceanfront home offered and need to make a few comments. Entering the home provided a wonderful view of the ocean but the sun was making the room uncomfortably warm. Noticed there were blinds for the windows but only after a frustrating search, discovered a switch on the wall that controlled raising and lowering the blinds. House was wonderful and we had a great experience. However, this management service Has given us extra charges. For things that we didn't do or were no fault of our own, or based on neighbors speculation. I'm getting in touch with them tomorrow, I will revise this review if they take some responsible action. We spent two hours cleaning, left it immaculate. We'll See what they say. More to come
Rented with CVR a couple years ago and did so again. Enjoyed both homes and also Heidi and Jone's help when we had questions or if things came up
Cambria vacation rental the ladies are so sweet
We had a terrible experience with this company. Firstly, there were numerous rusted screws loose which were sprawled throughout the deck. Some of which were stepped on while barefoot because as the sign says, we removed our shoes while upstairs. This is extremely dangerous. Tetanus is not a matter to take lightly, so please be aware of your surroundings so you don't get hurt like we did. The plastic floor mats on the back patio are a slipping hazard.
