This company is working on my neighbors house, and one of their employees came over to my house while I wasn't home. In fact I am a contractor myself. Have been for almost 30 years. Anyway their employee decided to try and talk my wife into new windows. He told her that he was going to setup an appointment with her later this week, even though she said that she wasn't interested. Requested gutter cleaning, leaf guards, and replacement of a piece of aluminum fascia. Extremely happy with the gutter cleaning and leaf guard installation. I paid in full the day of the gutter work. The fascia was never completed. I have even submitted new requests about the fascia and have not heard back.

Zach called me after getting my info from Angi. We set up for him to come Friday morning to give estimate. Friday morning I contacted him to see about what time he would be coming as I told him the earlier the better. He never got back to me that day. He responded the following Tuesday saying that I fell through the cracks. I responded and asked why we should still consider him. When he replied he said that he would give us contractor price.
