Today I visited Cambria Showroom in the Charlotte, NC area. I was pleasantly greeted by Ayanna. This was a welcome surprise because this wasn't the case at another showroom that I visited. Ayanna asked me about my likes, dislikes and my goals for lightening the look of my kitchen. She LISTENS to the customer! She explained the products and their differences. Nice showroom with all their material options neatly displayed and easy to envision. Britney was also super helpful and pleasant to work with.
Ayanna was simply amazing. We came in to see one specific slab, but with her knowledge and expertise, we ended up choosing something completely different. She showed us different lighting, complementary colors, tiles and fabrics to completely change our space. We cannot wait to get our new kitchen countertops!!
Ayanna was very helpful in making our decision for counter top quartz. She was very knowledgeable of the product and was very courteous and friendly. We felt like that we were in good hands.
Brittney was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. Being able to see full slabs in person helped me make a great design choice.
