I need to let everyone know that I had the best experience with Cambria Mortgage! This is my 3rd time as a buyer and by far the very best experience. I called my friend, Owen Reiss as I was feeling uncomfortable with the mortgage broker for a new construction loan. Owen referred me to Chad who was straight forward and honest with no hidden agenda or “additional fees” . By going with Cambria, almost 400$ per month is being saved on our mortgage!
