I want to start by saying the staff is friendly and did nothing wrong. When we first arrived to the room we were given it smelled extremely strongly of sewage/gas and bleach. When we went back to the desk we were given a second room which looked and smelled completely fine, we did our routine bed search with no issues, but as soon a we checked the couch we immediately saw a large dead bedbug. We were immediately given a full refund. But I would not recommend due to the cleanliness.

This hotel & is staff is OUTSTANDING!! If I was able to give them more than 5 stars I would've. I called in to town because of a serious family emergency & not only are they all kind, caring, c compassionate but beyond concerned any additional stress was non-existent. I trimmed in to town with LITERALLY FIVE DOLLARS to my name because if over $1500 in credits I was waiting on Delta to issue to me which meant. Great, clean, friendly place to stay. All amenities within 5 minutes. Only complaint, they really need to throw away the chairs in the rooms at the desk. Room truly was perfectly clean aside from that.
