Great location, rooms were clean (but stayed for a week and didn’t get serviced) but no free breakfast. Would recommend staying at another spot that has breakfast included

The worse managed desk i have ever been to . Book thru priceline. Showed up and no reservation. Priceline did everything they could to resolved the situation. Hotel manager left during priceli e trying to resolve the booking issue. The desk attendant was rude and untenable. So priceline canceled my reservation refunded my money plus a $100 . Then I got the room thru the front desk . And she tried to charge me $891 for 2 nights. When I had the rate locked in for $400 thru priceline. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. We arrived at the hotel with a valid reservation, confirmation emails, and a charge already posted to our credit card. To our surprise, the front desk told us that our reservation did not exist in their system. Even worse, another guest standing there at the same time was told exactly the same thing. We spent nearly an hour in the lobby until 10:30 PM waiting for someone to help us, but nobody was able to solve the problem. The staff offered no meaningful assistanc... read more

First time staying here and from the start it has been fantastic! The front desk lady was very nice, ground floor room, very spacious, nice outdoor sitting area, pool, small gym, small bar, washer/dryer. All is good. Would highly recommend and we’ll stay again when passing through Rapid.
