DO NOT RECOMMEND: I have no idea how this place calls themselves a 4 star hotel - the service was absolutely horrible when I needed help. I forgot a nice jacket in the room, and only realized after driving 30 minutes away. I tried calling repeatedly and would only keep getting out straight on hold. Decided to drive back to get it and they literally didn’t even pick up the entire time. And then I get there and they claim to not have the jacket!! Insane. We were celebrating our anniversary and my birthday. My husband called earlier in the year to book our stay. When we arrived, Zach greeted us at the front desk. He had notes and acknowledged both things we were celebrating. He was kind and helpful. Really appreciated him! We had a sixth floor corner suite-wall to wall windows with a sitting area, kitchenette, table, bathroom and separate bedroom. The room was spectacular. Beautifully decorated. Look, this hotel seems nice. The valet parking, however, is extremely inconvenient. 40 dollars a day is a scam and the valet just wastes time. Also, booking tells you parking is 30 and no valet. If you love valet parking maybe it's ok
