Would definitely stay here again, big nice rooms, nice hotel restaurant/bar, and helpful staff.
Front desk was friendly but spent almost $500 per night to only be charged another $100 or so with some silly resort fee $25. The rooms are paper thin , ac is very loud so while the rooms look nice good luck sleeping and hopefully your sheets are clean. I woke up and found what looks like blood the sheets.
We love staying here when we visit Portland. The rooms are always clean and comfortable, and the front desk staff are always friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Neesa who went above and beyond to help my daughter’s wedding party with some special requests and Onika who was very patient when she checked us all in (it was a large group). We will definitely be back!
Crystal saved the day! We were scheduled to leave for Portland this morning and was called away to an emergency. The reservation was for tomorrow night, however, Crystal was super compassionate to our cause and was able to cancel the reservation. This was a great relief!
Super clean! Happy staff and the beds were soooo comfortable! Close to everything in old port area. There’s a Co-op close by and and they sell this yogurt … stillbrook farms yogurt .. omg to die for!! Distraction aside - this hotel is the real deal! Isabella at front desk was attentive and made sure to text me w recommendations!!
