Just wasn't my vibe. If you like a party-like crowd then this is the hotel for you but if you are more lowkey & private stay clear. Parking is horrible, super busy area, rooftop hookah lounge makes for a lot of randoms at the hotel. The elevator - only two & they are always taken - no stairs to go down either so you have to wait. Halal food but there's a bar in the same area? The room isn't bad, that's why there's 1 star. Definitely fell for the good reviews, would never stay at this hotel again. Not family-friendly.

I think his name is Shybron or Bryshon Shyron, but the at the Universal location, when we arrived, he was working on two computers at a time, checking people in left and right, WHILE, answering the phones, AND, he actively listened to my specific request while bouncing from to other guests and acknowledging my ask as well as accommodating it.
