I would give them zero stars if possible. After driving 10 hours straight, we were told that the room we reserved weeks before was not available and that they have a room for us as a lower rated hotel. Didn't even give us the address, just told us to go to the Doubletree. No call or email to let us know ahead of time. Absolutely wasted our time, terrible customer service.

Location was great. All locations we were trying to visit were within a 10 minute drive. Room was okay. Mold in the bathroom shower, especially in the grout and corners. There was deep scratches on the bedroom floor but with the floor being hardwood, it's difficult/expensive to fix so not a big deal. The mold was very prominent in the shower and a huge negative, but the rest of the room was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would be 5 starts without the moldy bathroom shower, all other aspects were great!
