When I first came to this hotel 3 years ago, it was marvelous. Very clean. This year, it looked a bit dingy and not spruced up. I feel that being that is off season now, they should be repairing the balconies, touch up on paint and clearing the spider webs off the balconies and steam cleaning the carpets. The room is what you need it for. The Bayfront view is relaxing especially after the summer season. Calm, peaceful and relaxing if you just want to get away for a few days from the hustle and bustle. While the hotel is located very conveniently near the beautiful boardwalk of Ocean City and some fun attractions, we did not have a great experience in the hotel itself. Our view was of a tiki bar across the street which was mediocre at best, but forgivable. What wasn't acceptable was the cleanliness of the room. On our second night in the hotel, we found cockroaches in the bathroom.
