Prime location, reasonable price, very friendly staff. I saw a review about rooms not available until 6pm. I was lucky to get my room at 2pm. The receptionist Max was very nice. The room has no view but there's a nice rooftop. The hotel is on a street with many flower shops. The whole night I could hear big noise like loading and moving stuffs on the street. If you're a light sleeper it's hard to have a good sleep. The hotel offers free coffee, tea and hot chocolates in the morning. The coffee didn't taste good though.

2월 15일부터 2박을 했습니다. 직원들은 모두 굉장히 친절하며 얼리체크인을 제공해주었어요. 카드로 지불한 디파짓도 일주일안에 정상적으로 취소됐습니다. 객실에서 엠파이어 스테이트 빌딩이 살짝 보이고 날씨가 좋을때는 루프탑에서 보내는 시간도 아주 좋을 것 같아요. 객실도 따듯하고 온수가 높은 수압으로 아주 잘나왔어요. 정말 추천하고 직원들에게 고마움을 전합니다.

Got to give a shout out to the bar and restaurant staff, even when understaffed always deliver with courtesy and personality. I'd honestly go back just for the bar. Room's are nice, bathroom a bit tricky for athletically challenged people -I had to squeeze btw/toilet and sink to open and close the door- which for me isn't an issue yet. Still haven't figured out how room cleaning works, but I'm rather tudy so I wasn't fussed. Nice mini-gym. Hand salon (like a nail salon w/mini spa) next door.
