Good stay. BUT the night we got there, we walked in to a dirty room, went to front desk, was told by worker we would get that night compensated & moved us rooms. We in fact did not get it compensated, had to call about it because that lady wasn’t there when we checked out. I called, got front desk supervisor, saying she’d call me back.. never did, over a week later called again and they say they never said they’d do that for us. BUT we joked about it when she was switching us rooms, another lady said ‘ohhh you did disappear ... read more
Do Not Stay Here they will Charge you a daily fee for nothing and not tell you about it and give a runaround hen you call them. Complete Rip Off!
Great budget option Cute decor, food at the hotel bar was great! Better than a few restaurants we checked out. Everyone at the front desk was super friendly and nice. No frills place, but nice overall
This is a nice hotel, but if you have a problem you won't get any help. First, the exercise equipment didn't have tv or video working. Management made no efforts to resolve the problem during my multi-day stay there. Then I had a billing problem and it took weeks to finally get a call back from the manager. I wouldn't stay here again because of the poor management and their lack of effort to address problems.
