My shoulders ached from the heavy room doors. They are easier to go into than to get out of. Realizing that the door weight was hurting my body, I called the front desk to ask someone to come open the door for me and get maintenance to adjust it. The person with whom I spoke was very short with me, said very clearly that she would not send someone to open it, and hung up on me. I called 911 to send somebody to open the door. My team was here for a competition and we needed to print a lot of materials the morning before our competition- the front desk was extremely helpful and printed everything for us! Thank you to the Cambria and if we return to this tournament we will definitely be staying again.
