Nice hotel but horrible service. Front desk has an employee that has no clue, both when we called from the airport asking for the free shuttle to pick us up, and then again when the shuttle didn't arrive at 5:00 pm the next day to take us back to the airport. It appears that the hotel also subcontracts out with All Star Tours and Transportation, and it's All Star that finally arrived at 5:20 pm. The staff was very accommodating.
All staff interactions were positive! Stayed at this location due to excellent ratings and location to the Cruise ship terminals. Did not use the shuttle services provided to the port and would on my next Cruise. Very professional operation.
