I am not normally one to post negative reviews, but we had a horrible check in experience with the woman working the front desk. We are here for a family wedding and my family had several rooms blocked under the same name. I called ahead to request a room for an additional night as I was getting in before the rest of the group. Despite the additional night being added by me - requested under my name - the hotel mistakenly added the night under my family member with my same last name. Nice place, drinks are expensive, breakfast isn't free
There are plenty of things to like about this hotel, a couple things I didn’t like. Starting with the positives It’s a new hotel built in 2024 so it’s everything you would expect with a new hotel. Clean rooms, modern lobby with fireplace, fast elevators, great water pressure in the showers, modern rooms. Happy hour 4-6 in the bar (as of 5/25/26).
