This hotel has a great location just outside the craziness of downtown and solidly in the cool RiNo arts district. You are a close drive, walk or scooter ride to everything downtown has to offer. They have a great on-site restaurant and bar with daily specials if you don't want to go out. The rooms are very clean and feel new. They are also pet friendly and have easy parking options including for larger vehicles which is nice. I would definitely stay here again and I'd say this is one of the better hotels in RiNo.

Our stay was awesome! We were there for a week for a soccer tournament. I have to say that my favorite part was meeting Ms. Sunny at the bar. She, along with her name, is a ray of sunshine! Loved talking with her and just having a good time. I'd come back just to visit with her. The rooms were great! The service was also wonderful. The location was good but just a tad scary outside of the hotel/hotel parking lot. Inside we all felt very safe. Outside at night gets a little sketchy but that's also just downtown Denver. SUNNY IS THE BEST!!! She bartends downstairs at the restaurant and makes you IMMEDIATELY feel like family. Her smile and twinkle in her eye are so inviting. We were in town for 5 days and she was probably the MOST favorite part of the trip. There were so many people who just walked in to the hotel restaurant just to have a drink, and ended up staying for more than one. Nice and clean but for a little more you can get coffee and water in the lobby. By the time you pay for these you could have booked a nicer hotel.
