El hotel tiene instalaciones cómodas Es una lástima que haga falta organización para la logística del desayuno. Me hospedé por 5 días y en todas las ocasiones tuve que esperar en promedio 40 minutos para recibir el desayuno. No recomendaría la estancia.
Came here for a work trip, would ask to stay somewhere else. The front desk service was not very friendly and got annoyed when we asked questions/help. No handicapped parking options. To top it off, after I left my card got charged the full amount and not the card on file (work card). This resulted in me getting double charged even after I asked the front desk on the first day. I’ve slept better in coach on international flights. So much noise from air handling units in the room, impossible to turn off the bathroom fan that ran all night… finally managed to turn the constantly resetting furnace by pulling the thermostat off the receiver on the wall. But then of course there was no openable window so it got gross inside room. (Of special note, when plugged into the wall,the fancy smart-thermostat indicated that air quality was “very poor”)
Excellent time! We stopped by the bar for a friend's birthday before making our way over to Mission for a show. The bar was extremely spacious and well kept and our bartender Cory was wonderful, receptive, available and really tied the time together, will definitely be coming back here for a stay again! Thanks Cory!
The amenities are excellent across the board. The lobby kitchen and bar are far above what you'd typically expect from a hotel — thoughtfully put together, well-stocked, and with a great atmosphere that makes it easy to grab a meal or a drink without ever needing to leave the property. The secure parking was a real bonus and gave me complete peace of mind throughout my visit.
