My husband and I traveled to Charleston for the first time to celebrate both my 30th birthday and our 9th wedding anniversary. We booked this hotel largely because we loved that it said that it had a shuttle that made it easy to access downtown, but the shuttle was extremely hard to get a hold of our first night there and then after our first night, we found out that the hotel was changing ownership while we were there and when we asked about the shuttle, they said it was no longer available due to the change. Beautiful hotel. Full bar. Very nice rooms. Decent parking area. very nice employees
Pool is closed by order of the health department as of 7/23/25. Was not notified of this in the multiple emails we received prior to check in Asked two associates when it would be open. They had no clue when it would reopen.
Pool was not open in July. Toilet in room wouldn't flush and fridge was not working. They did give us some money off the final bill
