Rude staff. Coffee pots that barely work, don't ask for extra coffee pods because that is a HUGE hassle for the staff. LOUD!! I could hear people and kids screaming all night long. I will not choose this hotel again.
Review for Cambria Hotel – Burbank This hotel truly met and exceeded all my expectations! The staff is so friendly and helpful, and the parking area is clean and safe. The entrance has a beautiful luxury aesthetic, complete with a full breakfast bar and a welcoming setting bar. The rooms are extra spacious with large, comfortable beds, and the bathrooms are amazing—extra large with double sinks and perfect lighting that gives a luxurious feel. Hotel staff was very friendly and nade our stay very enjoyable.
My services was not good I was checked in to a dirt room. The lady that was at the desk she say her name Charlie was rude and racial profile me saying my meal was comp. I paid for my meal this company needs to work on this business I need a call worst service ever I gave a 2 star because of the food lady. 3 star because they re- cleaned my entire room so it was better.
