Owner does not do the installation. The owner is who I dealt with. Stated he likes to confirm everything before proceeding yet decided to make a 'judgements call' at the time of install and counter top was installed too short of what was agreed upon. Also cupboards had scratches and needed repair post installation. When I called to discuss the matter I was told ' I was not his wife' and was hung up on. An excellent job redoing my kitchen. They were professional, punctual, and attentive to detail. They communicated with me all the time and finished on time. Highly recommend for quality work !
Doing a kitchen/main floor renovation is not for the light hearted. It takes a ton of planning and decisions, and you need to brace yourself to live in dust and chaos for an extended period of time. Great work; easy to deal with. Excellent service: Would definetly recommend.
No follow through, and defensive when you bring up issues. It's all good until they get paid then they promise to revisit issues but never show up. If you must use them, make sure you inspect everything and sign off only after you are satisfied.
