We had a hard water stain quickly develop on our newer countertop. We have top of the line Kinetico water system mind you. They sent a tech over. Did nothing but scratch our sink hardware. Then Cambria lied and said they don’t use anything sharp. In fact they used razor blades. Anyway, never got the stain off and said oh well I guess you must have did something to it. Warranty is a joke. And they LIE!!! Look for alternatives

We had Cambria quartz countertops installed in January, 2025. Top Advantage was the company Cambria sent to do the install. To say we were displeased is an understatement. From the moment Top Advantage arrived, there were problems. The install crew was rude and unprofessional. The install left raised uneven seams. The product Cambria sent was of poor quality. During our walk through on our brand new home, I noted unacceptable white spots that look like paint was spilled on my Cambria Sutherland kitchen countertop. The builder contacted Cambria and they sent a technician to review the material. I was just notified that the white flecks are inherent in the product. I saw the product in stores, obtained a 12x12 sample before purchasing and never saw these white flecks. Cambria refuses to stand by their warranty because they say it isnt a manufacturing defect.
