Let me tell you our story. We booked our boiler service with BG ( we are members so it is very cheap for us, only £69). However few days before the service the boiler started to make a horrible noise. I tried to contact BG as I wanted someone to come asap to check it. It was impossible to speak to anybody so I started to search for somebody in Cambourne who could help .. first number I called, I have been told that they can come immediately, which was great and they said that it will cost £185 for the service + repair. Used these guys a few times with different issues I have had, always been very pleased with the quality of work and cost. I have never had any repeat problems with the work Rob has done. I like to understand about how things work and Rob is always happy to explain. I now use them annually for my boiler service.
My boiler was failing to light. When Robert came round it turned out the boiler was split open (you could see flames!) and needed replacing. Robert explained the options and costs for a replacement boiler. Once agreed too Robert sourced, fitted and commissioned a new boiler within a day. The price was fair and I am happy with the quality of his work. I will use Robert again.
