Ever since Dr. Cambio left, their services are going down hill. I don't know if they are using a 3rd party scheduling service or it is their own, but it is terrible. Just got off the phone with them trying to reschedule an appt. and the person was terribly unfamiliar with what locations the Dr. is able to practice at, took forever to find the next appt., and just didn't seem to have a clue as to how to find me an acceptable time.
In a time like this, we should not pay extra for PPE to a doctor’s office. I brought my own mask and this office wanted me to pay an extra $5 to cover office masks. Am a patient advocate and wouldn’t even dare charge a patient for a mask that they already have. This office is all about business and not care. They lost a new customer.
Get ready to wait forever. Almost two hours waiting. Employees talking and walking back and forth instead of taking care of the patient. Just one doctor for Medicaid patient. Awful!
