I'm leaving a review specifically for the online booking service Cambie Village Massage uses. I've had an issue using the platform to reschedule appointments. There is a button for reschedule and another for cancelling appointments. I assumed the reschedule is supposed to cancel my previous appointment and then move it to a new date. After rescheduled it told me my upcoming appointment was now the newly created appointment and my old appointment has disappeared.
