Saw Dr. Joshua Song for a consultation, told him I was allergic to Aquaphor and he didn't believe me and told me to use it again. Used the aquaphor, got a bad reaction, and was told it wasn't infected (even though every time I've experienced that symptom, it's infected). Told me to just wait it out, but it got worse so I just used antibiotic creams again. The reception team was nice, and so was Dr. Song, but I think he needs to listen better. This was probably the worse doctors office I have ever been to in my life. Dr Marhin was so beyond rude towards me and my father right from the start when we had our meet and greet call over the phone. When my dad wanted to talk to him the doctor would cut off my dad and tell him and that he doesn't need to speak for me like hello who the heck says. Dr Marhin also never listens at all he consistently would cut me and my dad off whenever we wanted to speak. And on top of that when I asked him to send a prescription to my phar... read more
Dr. Farah is a very lovely & friendly lady, from day one she has been very cooperative with me, she listened everything patiently, have been under her treatment for 6 months she helped me to cure my acne problems, I would recommend whoever struggling with acne issues, she is your go to place. Thank you so much, I also liked cambie village practice environment, they are very nice with their patients.
