UPDATE: investigation launched by the college of Veterinarians of BC into the malpractice performed on my dog during procedure under sedation and results were brutal. Vet forced to pay the college a fine, forced to undergo education on proper practice. Not only were my dog’s quicks cut into, but bone also cut. TBH, it’s hard to find a veterinary clinic that doesn’t push unnecessary tests, so I really appreciated their honest and transparent approach about what was actually needed. The clinic has a warm, family-oriented atmosphere that made me feel comfortable right away. What stood out the most was the genuine care and affection the staff showed toward the animals. Their compassion and professionalism made the entire experience very reassuring.
Doctor spent time explaining the xrays so I understood everything. He was patient with my questions and very knowledgeable.

My cat is usually a terror at the vet but she stayed calm here. The doctor has a very quiet way of working that helped. They checked her teeth and ears and gave me some tutorials on how to clean them at home. I'm glad I found this place after moving to vancouver recently
