The staff, Rhonda, promised to hold a case of wet food expiring in 2027 for us (because my cat kept vomiting after eating the batch that expires in 2028), and we even called three times to confirm that specific case actually expired in 2027. Instead, as a person with a disability who traveled an hour by car to get here, I found out they set aside DRY food for me instead. Such a careless clerk.
They took excellent care of my kitty cat and were very kind and friendly to me, and I was freaking out cause my cat had a hige abscess on his face. They calmed me down, they also calmed my cat down who was freaking out because what cat wants to be at the vet? Anyways great place my go to vet. I want to reiterate, kind and friendly.
Hands down the best Vet clinic I’ve ever visited. I meant really really caring for the pet and following up with phone calls and emails. My boy swallowed a foreign body back on July 2023 and requires an ultrasound we were lucky to arranged a short notice specialist on-site, and they did additional free x-ray to determined the location progression of the foreign body, luckily he was fine no internal bleeding and able to pass it out himself. This is one of best vets! So lucky to have him care for our cat. He really encourages people to take an active role in pet care from brushing their teeth to checking their urine with pH test strips. Thank you for taking such good care of our cat!
I love the vet here, the people are very kind.
