Was this clinic recently purchased? I have been coming here for years and the vets were always very reasonable and didn't "upsell" me on things that were certainly not needed. I was there last week and was up sold on an item that wasn't necessary. A very different experience from what I was used to.
A great vet! Very knowledgeable, gentle, and friendly. Do not feel like you are being rushed. Front desk staff are friendly too.
