I had some boiler service done by them 3 months ago. When I got the bill for the work, they had overcharged me in both hours worked, and the hourly rate. When I called to asked about this, I was told their rate is $200 per hour and has been for years. Their website shows $125 per hour even now. I told them I have another service receipt from them 6 months earlier and was charged $150 per hour. They were speechless. I contacted Cambie Plumbing & Heating about a minor gas leak in my natural gas stovetop range in our new-ish condo. The office admin was kind and helpful, and provided a convenient and prompt time slot for a gas fitter to come by. The fitter was on-time, professional, COVID-conscious, and worked quickly and efficiently. He also patiently answered my questions and detailed what to expect in the invoice before he left.
