I had some boiler service done by them 3 months ago. When I got the bill for the work, they had overcharged me in both hours worked, and the hourly rate. When I called to asked about this, I was told their rate is $200 per hour and has been for years. Their website shows $125 per hour even now. I told them I have another service receipt from them 6 months earlier and was charged $150 per hour. They were speechless. I contacted Cambie Plumbing & Heating about a minor gas leak in my natural gas stovetop range in our new-ish condo. The office admin was kind and helpful, and provided a convenient and prompt time slot for a gas fitter to come by. The fitter was on-time, professional, COVID-conscious, and worked quickly and efficiently. He also patiently answered my questions and detailed what to expect in the invoice before he left. Got the contact from the BCAA website where they had a good rating, but was pretty disappointed on the service with regards to respond time and follow up from the main office. The plumber on site was very nice thou.
