Hello My Mother had an appointment today at 10 am . She is over 90 years old . She does not drive . I drive her to her appointment. I live in west Richmond, Cambie dental is in east Richmond. As yiu can imagine the traffic is terrible. When we arrived, we were told the appointment was canceled months before. I was never contacted at all . They said they texted me the cancellation.
