My experience was great and helpful for a year or two. The last time I walked out the door with my counsellor, Melanie Goldberg, she said “ She was there for me.” The next time I called her when I was in crisis, I got ice from her. She could barely say my name. Bafflled and devastated, . I went into a rapid decline mentally and have only now started to come out of it. Being dissed by a councillor is a very cold and lonely experience that I would not wish on anyone.
