We had a CATastrophie on arrival when one of my cats, Russell, escaped from his cage in the car park and shot under the building of the business next door. Staff were so kind and empathetic to my plight - my fault the cage wasn’t properly secured. Despite many people’s efforts we couldn’t coax Russell out from his hiding place. So Claudia printed out and distributed ‘missing cat’ fliers in windows and to neighbours asking them to keep an eye out for our absconding cat.
