I booked in to see Adam due to discomfort from my long runs, he assisted me through the beginnings of what could have been a significant running injury; through identifying issues in my GAIT and fixing me up with orthotics, appropriate footwear and Physio support for strength, the whole process was seamless and now I’m running with no concerns. I appreciate all the CSSM team for their friendly nature and support.
If you need to see an osteo Mr Daniel Skaer is your guy. Had a sore neck/ shoulder recently, saw someone else initially (was desperate) and made the situation way worse, pain escalated within a week to the point of not able to sleep properly due to sharp pain. I have been going to Camberwell Spirts & Spinal for years & years. I’ve seen many professional Physios, Myotherapists & Pilates instructors at this clinic. Elle, Kobi & Adele have been standouts. When I had a back op over 5 years ago, I was attending 3x a week, then 2x a week. Now, I attend Pilates once a week, which I love. If & when I have more time & money, I hope to increase it to 2 sessions a week.
