If you need to see an osteo Mr Daniel Skaer is your guy. Had a sore neck/ shoulder recently, saw someone else initially (was desperate) and made the situation way worse, pain escalated within a week to the point of not able to sleep properly due to sharp pain. I have been going to Camberwell Spirts & Spinal for years & years. I’ve seen many professional Physios, Myotherapists & Pilates instructors at this clinic. Elle, Kobi & Adele have been standouts. When I had a back op over 5 years ago, I was attending 3x a week, then 2x a week. Now, I attend Pilates once a week, which I love. If & when I have more time & money, I hope to increase it to 2 sessions a week. Trav assisted me with my recent hip pain with a thorough assessment, followed by massage and dry needling plus exercises to do at home. I was quickly on my way to recovery. I have always experienced the highest level of care, from reception to all the experts, I wholeheartedly recommend CSSM
Grace was amazing!! I’d lost all hope with my back injury in ever being able to get back to running after having gone to a few physios with no luck. She was so helpful and supportive and catered my program to exactly what I needed. Could not recommend enough :)
