Finally found a clinic I feel comfortable at. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. The doctor actually looked healthy for a change and knew exactly what he was talking about. Didn’t waste my time. The nurse gave me an injection and I didn’t even feel it! Then the receptionist got me my Medicare refund back into my account before I walked out the door. What a great experience.
I have been a patient at this clinic for around 4–5 years, and until recently I had always been happy with the overall service, until my most recent experience. I booked a standard consultation to discuss some ongoing pain and obtain referrals for a few tests. The appointment lasted around 8–10 minutes, during which I received the referrals and left.
