No accountability for injecting me with a vaccine I have a known allergy to... I told Dr N. I wanted a vaccination for tetanus ONLY. I assumed I did not need to go into detail about not wanting the vaccine that is combined with whooping cough as I made that very clear when I was booking the appointment.
