Shocking reception service and terrible clinic with no consideration to patients. Rude staff
Dr Grace is a highly professional, caring, and skilled doctor. I feel so lucky to be her patient!
They provided us with incorrect information regarding the payment, which was extremely frustrating and misleading. On top of that, the staff were rude and unhelpful when we tried to clarify the situation. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would strongly NOT recommend this place. The way the payment situation was handled and the attitude of the staff were completely unacceptable.
Made appointment with Greg Saville, attended my first appointment with him yesterday and immediately made a personal connection (we are both math nerds), I can also confirm his thorough,supportive and caring demeanor.GS has ordered a blood test for coeliac Ab, Coeliac Genotype HLA DQ2/DQ8, also FBE,also B12 (due to previous low b12).He also gave me a referral to gastrolab for a lacutose, glucose and fructose hydrogen/methane breath test.
