I've had such a positive experience with this dental clinic. Jessica is an excellent dentist - knowledgeable, thorough, and always takes the time to explain things clearly and offer helpful advice. The reception team are also always friendly and welcoming, both in person and over the phone. I highly recommend this clinic!
This occurred in July 2025. I had been seeing this clinic as my regular dentist because they were listed as a Medibank Members’ Choice Advantage provider. At some point, they were downgraded to Members’ Choice, however no communication was sent to patients about this change. As a result, I received unexpected out-of-pocket costs for my appointment. My family and I have been coming here for years! The service is exceptional, the staff are always ready to help qith all of our questions and Dr Ronald Chan is so good, patient and always has attention to details. Would highly recommend!
Dr Michael Chan is awesome! He stayed calm and professional while handling my son’s impacted wisdom tooth, even when the equipment acted up. My son is recovering very well, and we’re so grateful for his skill and care, highly recommend Thank you Dr Michael!
I’m very disappointed with this clinic. I came here because it used to be a Medibank Members’ Choice dentist, which should mean two fully covered visits per year with no gap. However, they charged me a gap without explaining anything in advance. When I asked why, they told me, “Medibank changed the policy,” making it sound like it had nothing to do with them.
