I appreciate that the clinic offers bulk billing, but the wait times really need improvement. Appointments are currently scheduled in 10-minute intervals, which clearly isn’t working, as patients are waiting 1–2 hours past their appointment time almost every visit. Extending appointment times would make the experience far more manageable.
I really don’t understand about the point of appointment. We had an appointment at 11:30 and we arrived at 11:40. I understood we were little late for the appointment. But since 11:40, we waited until 13:00 and still have one patient ahead of us. We really upset and anxiety since we had other plans afterwards. Is that common to wait so much longer for a bulk billing clinic?
Excellent clinic. Easy to book appointments. Generally runs within 10-15 minutes of scheduled time.
Just terrible. I had an appointment booked for telehealth, no call, no apology, no response.
Dr Islam is great. Thorough and thoughtful. Friendly staff.
