Poor experience. long doctors waiting. errors on prescriptions, resulting into revisits to doctor and waste of time. charges medicare even to correct their mistakes
Tried calling 3 times in the last week about trying to get test results, however I’m on hold for at minimum 10 minutes each time and still no one answers the phone, Last time I was in the clinic the reception staff were eating in the back room with the front desk unattended while the waiting room was filled with people waiting to speak to someone, so unprofessional, useless clinic
Ok, so i decided to change my rating because i came back, and the wait time was significantly shorter (i was early, but i went in about 5 minutes after my appointment was due) and the service was great. I still am not giving it 5 stars because the wait times can still be incredibly long, and i did wait over 2 hours the last time, but i do appreciate the fact that its bulk billed (rare at the moment) and the staff are friendly and professional. My 1st ever post I visited this centre today to use the pathology clinic for a blood test. I had to use the toilet and it was the most disgusting and dirty toilet I have ever seen, let alone in a medical centre. I let the receptionist know how dirty the toilet was and she apologised and said that she had not had an opportunity to look at it this morning. I waited over 2 hours before I got to see a doctor. When I did it was fine, quick and a bit confusing, but alright, but the 2 hours and 20 minutes of wait time is just too much for me. I think it is incredibly inconsiderate of their patients to make them wait that long, especially when most people cannot afford to waste that time. Also, I wanted to be put on a plan, but because it was my first session, I couldn’t, so I would have to come back, and wait potentially another 2-3 hours to get what I actually came for, and tbh I ... read more
