I waited over 2 hours before I got to see a doctor. When I did it was fine, quick and a bit confusing, but alright, but the 2 hours and 20 minutes of wait time is just too much for me. I think it is incredibly inconsiderate of their patients to make them wait that long, especially when most people cannot afford to waste that time. Also, I wanted to be put on a plan, but because it was my first session, I couldn’t, so I would have to come back, and wait potentially another 2-3 hours to get what I actually came for, and tbh I ... read more
My two grandchildren (both are young adults) and I signed up with Camberwell Health and with Dr Hanna as our family doctor, some 18 months ago. Since then we all have consulted with him for various ailments, and have never had any complaints. Dr Hanna is knowledgeable, empathetic and reassuring. I'd recommend him to others without reservation and of course Camberwell health for offering Bulk Billing. *****
Unprofessional, everytime they make you wait for at least 45mins. When I booked the first appointment of the day. The doctor is nowhere to be seen after 30mins. What the point of having a booking available if the doctor doesn’t even try turn up on time.

I have had the worst experience so far with them taking zero accountability. The wait timings are insane, if you book a telehealth appointment, you are expected to receive a call with a time slot of 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm if you had booked a 1 pm slot. They expect you to be sitting idle, they expect you have no jobs no meeting. They have no policy of time slots; a person would come in and sit for hour and a half and they deal with that patient without considering the other people waiting in line have been waiting for 2 hours.
