Feel angry at the receptionist Kar**. Rude, difficult to communicate, showing her “power” during the interaction, always giving clients lots of pressure and even sometimes blame the client. Feel very tired to interact with her. Do not understand why hiring such a person to manage the reception. 😨😨😨 Definitely no any professional customer services; instead, bullying customers. The team at Camberwell Chiro are fantastic and I would highly recommend to anyone struggling with back related issues. I struggle with chronic migraines and Brendan as well as David have been instrumental in helping me reduce the severity and frequency of my migraines. Feel very tired to interact with her. Do not understand why hiring such a person to manage the reception. However the therapists are very good. The receptionist Kar** is like a gate keeper to stop the clients revisiting the clinic. Very sad at it.
10/10 experience at Camberwell Chiropractic! Dr Jon, June, Arthur are amazing at their role as Chiropractors! Fixed the problem fast and provided long term solutions to a chronic problem. Will recommend
