I was not greeted with respect or enthusiasm when I walked in as a customer. I waited patiently until the barber and a customer berated older men and longer hair. Seems like a strange attitude to have as a barber. I felt uncomfortable, walked up the street and found a better barber.
Have gotten my hair cut 5-6 times here so far and have always left happy with the outcome. Staff are always friendly and polite and haircuts are well priced. Got my hair cut by Terry today and am super happy with the end result! Will definitely keep as my go to barber!
Just got a haircut here today for the first time and really wish I had discovered them sooner. They really pay attention and put effort into giving a great cut.
I went there half and hours before they close. Was looking just for a quick haircut. I gently asked the guy there if i could get a cut and received a straight and rude no. Get some good customer service experience first. The lady was humble though. Won’t be coming back.
Over 61 years in Melbourne I’ve never been a long term customer at any barber shop before. Now I’ve been coming here for 10 years and I won’t go anywhere else. Babak is simply the best barber in this city.
