This is not only the best brewery in the Winter Park / Fraser area, it's one of the best breweries in the state of Colorado. It's become a must stop anytime we are up in the area. The brewer really knows what he's doing and hits on multiple beer styles. The flagship Camber Amber is a solid staple. Have had around twelve other solid beers here, the latest being the Dreamsicle Cream Ale which is dangerously good. The Colorado Corndog Food truck outside takes this place to the next level. Wish I could give them 6 stars.
Great beers, super friendly staff, and the burger truck in the back is great. Definitely a place to check out.

Food truck is too close to patio seating. Could use a little more decor outside to obscure the "I'm drinking in an alley" feel. Beer selection and flavor was excellent. However, the selection of 'to go' beers in was limited. Front house has a bit of 'frat house' vibe due to confined space and look. Possibly quaint, but could use some updating. I'd like more history or chemistry of the beers themselves. I assume the brewing is off-site, but there's no story of what's going on. Service was good. Could use some more explanation... read more
