Appalling Customer Service and Disorganization — Deeply Disappointed in CAMaster This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We’ve been loyal customers — even purchasing a second machine — but that loyalty clearly means nothing to CAMaster. Our delivery was delayed multiple times, directly impacting our production schedule and costing us valuable time and money.
