Just got our new 5x10 edge machine and had some issues from shipping, they flew there team the best of the best to our shop in south Florida and can’t say enough about how the customer service is with camaster!!!! They are hands down an amazing company with amazing machines and happy we bought our second camaster from them. Can’t wait to buy a third!!!!!
Kodie & DJ are the best!!!! I which I could give them 100 STARS!!! Although I have an older machine they have gone above and beyond to help with troubleShooting and consulting on when I got attachments for my Cobra X3 Camaster. Any question I may have may it be big are small they are patient and have a speedy response for me. These guys are doing a great job. I had some service done on my Panther and there were a couple of normal issues that came up. I brought them to the tech's attention and he promptly came up with a satisfactory solution. They truly care about offering a high level of customer service. I definitely recommend doing business with them.
Purchased the Cobra Elite From Cody at CAMaster in 2023 and it has been amazing. CAMaster makes world class machines and provides really great support. I highly suggest CAMaster if you are looking to buy a CNC.
We received our Panther about 18 months ago and was a major upgrade for our shop. It has let us automate and speed up our production in ways we didn’t even imagine. We purchased the ATC and vacuum table which reduced most of our fixturing and I don’t have to swap tools anymore. We simply could not run our business today with the amount of work we have without this machine. We can’t say enough about this machine and the CAMaster team!!!
