Spoke to Tom, the owner on a Thursday, and explained my needs for the lawn. He agreed to come by Saturday after 11am to look over the property and provide an estimate, provided him my contact info. on the call. He never showed up - didn't call or text. Nothing. Just poor service from the get go, typical landscaper behavior. If you don't want the job just say it during the call, that way you're not wasting my time. And I even told him I got his name through a referral!!
Great service and a fantastic company to work with! Hard-working staff that goes above and beyond their services. Everyone is so kind and courteous from giving the estimate to finishing the job. I highly recommend!!!
