I don’t much care for someone being short with me on the phone when I’m having a panic attack. Dr. Armitage and Brittany are both wonderful though!! So grateful for them!

I chose Dr. Armitage due to his impressive sounding qualifications and glowing reviews. His office was easy to schedule with and his receptionists were great. However, his all-female medical assistant staff were very dismissive and had terrible customer service skills. The doctor himself I'm sure is brilliant, but he was also uncaring and dismissive of my problems by not taking my plight seriously.
