Love these ladies. Very accomodating, clean, kind, and my sns nails last at least 6-7 weeks. I just which they more fluent in English or i was more fluent in spanish. LOL

eyebrows completely ruined after a clean up service was requested (minimal shapping) and the whole front part of my eyebrow was waxed and removed. After expressing my concerns everyone went silent and no one attempted to look at my brows after they were ruined. i’ve been coming here for 3 years and I am completely disappointed with the customer service i received. wouldnt recommend.
Where do I start? I went in a week ago with an appointment for 2 full sets for 11am. I sat down and my mother was told it would be 20 minutes for her to get started which we were annoyed but okay. I told the girl I wanted gel, she completely ignored me and used the acrylic with color because of the color I told her I wanted. Now fast forward a week later and I'm already missing 5 nails
