What a terrible experience at this salon. I’d been here before for a pedicure and liked their work so in a pinch, and since I couldn’t get to my normal salon I came here for a gel fill in. I called for a 4:30 pm appointment but she said if I was able to come in earlier that they would take me but she booked the appointment for me for 4:30 anyway. I get there and the woman that greeted me was on the phone and just told me to sit down. She proceeded to grab my hand and what seemed like angrily removing my gel and polish. This ... read more
