Horrible Experience!! I purchased what was supposed to be a new bike from Ed at Camas Bike and Sport, but when I received it, it had a deep scratch into the finish and chipped paint in several areas. In addition, the derailleur hanger was bent. When I told Ed of these issues, he didn't even apologize. He told me that I should take it to a shop to have them bend back the derailleur hanger. I have had several bad experiences at this bike shop. The customer service is horrible, and the prices are outrageous. The owner is unhelpful and best, and often rude and patronizing.
We have all specialized bikes for every family member and we love them. Service has been nothing short of perfect. Would highly recommend to anyone in the PAC NW to shop here
Sent my bike in before and had em replace some rusty parts and they did an awesome job and even put better brake pads on my bike for free, they were used but they were better than what i had. Just brought it back in a couple days ago to get new brake pads and brake arms, and now im just waiting to get my bike back. Cant wait to have brakes again lol. These guys are awesome, and they're a local business. If you bike, check em out.
We love shopping for all of our bikes and gear here! Everyone is knowledgeable and never pushy. Camas Bike and Sport staff makes us want to come back again and again.
