Horrible Experience!! I purchased what was supposed to be a new bike from Ed at Camas Bike and Sport, but when I received it, it had a deep scratch into the finish and chipped paint in several areas. In addition, the derailleur hanger was bent. When I told Ed of these issues, he didn't even apologize. He told me that I should take it to a shop to have them bend back the derailleur hanger.
