My order with Camaro Depot was extensive. Christian (sales rep) showed great knowledge about all the logistics, and pricing/delivery options. He answered every question I had (I had many), regarding shipping, delivery, and volume discounts. We were able to execute a sales order. We also planned ahead, for any additional parts which I may require in the future, to complete my full restoration. Kudos to Christian, thus far. Your shipping rates are astronomical. Parts maybe 2lbs however box might be 2””x 2’x3’ Shipping rates almost half the cost of product. Yeah I get it , you don’t set the rates but you should offer more shipping companies options rather one. I could get it if shipping across Canada but shipping with-in Ontario for what was charged. Hard to swallow. Good for thought and something to consider upon.
I had some trouble placing my order, but Cris was super helpful and got my order placed immediately with no issues! Great customer service.
