I recently went twice to this clinic for oral surgery and was so impressed with the stellar staff and Dr. Fornay. WITH THE EXCEPTION of the blonde woman at the front desk who wears her mask below her nose. She took my temperature as I stared at her loose mask and I wondered why we were bothering to take my temperature when clearly she shows no concern about the pandemic. Never go there! Not good with children. Poor!
Very poor service with young children. We scheduled a routine visit for our children, and our oldest was upset about going to the dentist. Instead of empathy, the dentists and staff tried bossing my wife around and dismissed what we said. One would have expected the staff to ask us if the upset child should go first or last; however, they just shuffled our other children in chairs against our wishes and tried to start examinations.
