These people are straight up criminals. I had a vendor take my 2 hour old generator there because the carb was clogged and needed a simple jet cleaned. It was picked up and he was charged for a new carburetor, new fuel (I told them it had the gas drained and was brand new), an oil change (it is two hours old) and some other B.S. As a follow up I called them myself with a rhetorical question. “Parts please….yes I need a new carburetor for a XXX brand generator model # XXX.” Response, “we don’t have that, we’ve never heard of ... read more
I urge you to not bring your lawnmower or other equipment to this shop! The owner and his staff are dishonest and deceiving. Nine months ago, my lawnmower started to act up and not running normally so I brought it to this shop. I was told that I needed a new carburetor so I agreed. He also talked me into getting a a tune-up, oil change, and sharpen the blades so I obliged. This place is AWFUL!!!!! the owner is a total jerk, doesn’t even try to help customers. Stay away!!!!!!
