The worst! After spending thousands in his store over the years, I took a pearl chain necklace in for repair. He charged a pretty high price but I got it fixed. One week later it broke and i brought it back. The old man wanted twice the amount to repair it again. When I told him he had just fixed it, his response was " I never fixed this" I was shocked!
