I came early in the week to ask if they could have a bridal bouquet and maid of honor bouquet ready by Friday for my wedding on Saturday. They said yes so I was very excited. I dealt with Janine and told her my specific colors. I came a little early on Friday to pick up but they were ready. She presented me the bouquets and all I could see was the wrong color. Enjoyed my flowers but they only lasted about 24h before nearly every flower fell over and wilted. They said I had about 2 days before I had to change the water but they didn't even make it that long. I changed it all anyway (and trimmed) and still the flowers remained wilted. They never came back. I do believe some of their flowers were older since they were already soft feeling when I got them. I also wish florists were taught which flowers were dangerous for animals.
