Dr. Ventresca and his staff are absolutely amazing! I have had three procedures done there and I have resulted in zero pain afterwards. Dr.V is helping to restore my smile on every visit and he and his staff are always so extremely professional and happy and just a joy to be around. The dentist saw me 2 times for 2 cracked teeth that needed fillings..fixed one and left me in agony for 4 weeks until my next appointment.. Why he didn't fix both teeth.I will never understand I am in so much pain.I can't eat.I can't drink.I can't sleep. And there's no guarantee.He's gonna fix it in 4 weeks on my next appointment.I don't know what's up with these people But they aren't right. Thank. S for leaving me an agony.
Four stars for the dentist and the dental assistants minus one star for the new scheduler. I am sitting in the waiting room now along with four other people. One lady who was fast asleep in the corner. I thought nothing of this until I spoke to the man next to me who had been waiting an hour for his appointment. I went in for a new patient visit for a regular patient not a dentist and a couple of days later got a call from some psyco named Brenda,handling some paper work, I should have recorded her and turned the conversation into The management she was very rude, saying we don't take older patients here only basic stuff. She, argued with me for 45 minutes on the phone saying all kinds of bizarre things.
