Refuses to repair my vehicle because he won’t work with the insurance company to repair thousands of dollars worth of damages, as though I need to put out the money to repair something that I’m not responsible for paying.
Our Ford truck broke down on the highway a few hours before our final destination (Sacramento). We were in desperate need of a skilled mechanic and we received amazing service even though we came in on a Friday afternoon - and they prioritized us so that we could be on our way as soon as possible the day after. This is the place to go for fixing your vehicle!
Our check engine light came on in our RV and was shaking when idle. It’s Saturday and 4pm and we tried a few places in the area and no one could help us because they were either closed or closing. We came here and they stayed open to fix the issue for us. They diagnosed it and had to change a coil and got it done in an hour. They were also incredibly friendly and nice. Incredibly grateful they were able to help us out and get us on the road as we have an 8 hour drive ahead of us still. Thanks Camarenas auto!
