I worked with Mitzi for nearly a year while she helped me to find an investment property. She knows the island like the back of her hand, the market, and the ins and outs of permitting in order to build on the island. She patiently worked with me as I figured out what I was looking for and helped me to structure a successful bid. Even after the deal was done she continued to be available to ansie my questions. I would not hesitate to hire her again as my realtor.
We had our annual stay at the Beach House and had a fabulous time, it’s our favorite getaway place during the summer. Mitzi is a wonderful host, helpful and accommodating. The beach house is well appointed and very comfortable. Can’t wait for our stay next year!
